Leech scammer

I was selling leech to "Inouei" at newties for almost 2 hours. He left party and logged off without paying, owing me 18m.

The rules of our guild (and forum too) are quite simple:

- We are all nice to each other
- We're 70+
- No scammers, hackers, ksers
- Leeching is allowed
- Active prefered
- Do no bully people, not from guild and no-one else (It's childish)
- WE ARE LEGIT
